Accessibility Statement

TopFoxx is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually work to improve the usability of our site and app and apply relevant accessibility standards.

1. Our Commitment

We believe everyone should be able to browse frames, use virtual try-on, and shop with TopFoxx regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix, and it is considered as part of our regular design and development process.

2. Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

3. Measures We've Taken

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, nav, footer) on every page
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
• Minimum 44×44px touch targets for buttons and links
• Skip-to-content links on every page
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked appropriately
• Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, and accordions with no mouse-only traps
• ARIA attributes (aria-expanded, aria-controls, aria-live, aria-current) used to support screen reader announcements
• Color contrast reviewed for text against both light and dark backgrounds
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion operating system setting
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error identification

4. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some parts of the TopFoxx experience may not yet be fully accessible:

• The AI virtual try-on feature is inherently visual and relies on camera or photo input; we are exploring alternative descriptive experiences for users who cannot use this feature
• Some third-party embedded content (such as Shopify checkout) is outside our direct control, though it is built to its own accessibility standards
• Older cached versions of pages viewed through some browser extensions may not reflect our latest accessibility improvements

We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome your feedback in the meantime.

Accessibility of TopFoxx relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer or device: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
